General Conditions And Terms: 

  1.   In Case Of Line/Agent Request For ACCHCO To Prepare Loading/Discharging Plan, A 5% Of The Total Charges Of Loading/Discharging Operations Will Be Charged To The Requesting Party.
  2. The Loading Plan Should Be Submitted At Least 6 Hours Prior To Vessel's Berthing Time. In Case Of Adding Any Container After The Specified Time There Will Be An Additional Charge Per Container As Follows:

  1. For Geared Vessels With Containers Stowed Horizontally, The Ship Is Allowed To Discharge Or Load Those Containers Using Ship's Cranes And Shipping Line Will Be Charged For 77% Of The Tariff For Discharge/Load Nominated In Item No. " 1 " Of This Tariff.
  2. In Case ACCHCO Allows Handling Of Containers And Cargo For RO/RO And Ferry Ships Using Ship's Cranes From/To The Lower End Of Ship's Scaffold, Line Will Be Charged For 70% Of The Discharge/Load Tariff Nominated In Item No. " 1 " Of This Tariff.

B- Trucks: 55% Of Amount In Item No. " 1 " Of ThisTariff To Apply.

     a - For the general cargo which is unloaded on flats and equipment on wheels discharged from RO/RO vessels up to the lower end of ship's Scaffold and which will be withdrawn directly out of terminal. Line will be charged 35% of the nominated item in this tariff as a comprehensive category in addition to the collected amounts for the benifit of other.

       b- In case of berthing vessels that carrying a general cargo, a pre-agreement with the vessel shipping agency is required according to the type of the vessel and cargo that will be unloaded and loaded by using the attached tariff for loading and unloading the general cargo according to the following table:

  •  These prices exclude any other taxes or other expenses.
  • The CEO has right to raise or deduct prices and how to evaluate it according to the process step.
  • Loading & unloading operations for general cargo added to the usage of terminal can be calculated as it is out of normal operations.

       7.  In Case Master Of Vessel Requested To Operate In Public Holidays, And Feasts Ship's Owner Will Be Charged For Additional 25% Of The Nominated Item In This Tariff For Each Shipping Line

       8. Vessels Must Leave Terminal's Quays Immediately Upon Completion Of Discharging/Loading Operations (Provided Availability Of Port Services And Convenient Weather Conditions) Within Maximum 2 Hours Of Completing Operations, Thereafter

           Vessel Will Be Charged A Fine Of USD1000.00 (One Thousand) Per Delayed Hour.

     9. If Work Was Delayed Due To A Reason Related To Vessel During Its Operations For More Than One Hour, Vessel Will Be Charged A Fine Of USD1000.00 (One Thousand) For Each Stoppage Hour After The First One And A Fraction Of An Hour Will Be Calculated As One Full Hour.

    10. (A) Containers Imported To Final Destination Public Warehouse Where Final Custom Clearance Will Take Place Out Of The Terminal Will Not Enjoy Any Free Storage Time.

           (B) The Withdrawal Empty Containers Have No Free Days On Storage Time Even If The Packing was In The Purpose Of Exportation Or Reloading And Will Be Charged According To Item 7 (Third (Iii)) Of The Tariff.

           (C) The Full Containers That The Customer Decide To Withdraw It For Any Reasons Have No Free Days On Storage Time (The Previous Point Applied On The Containers Which Filled In The Terminal Or Came Full )Will Be Charged According To Item 7 (Second (Ii (B))) Of The Tariff With Charging Shift / Lift On / Lift Off If Applicable.

          (D) In Case The Contents Of The Container Is Taken Out Of The Container In The Storage Yard For Any Reason And Left Outside The Contents Will Be Charged 3 Times The Original Container With The Highest Value In The Tariff, In Addition To The Storage Fee For The Original Container Without free Days Starting From The First Category of Storage Fees

  1. In Case Customer/Shipping Agent Requested Transportation Of A Container To The Radioactivity Check Zone The amount mentioned in Item 9 of the tariff Shall Be Calculated
  2.  In Case Shipping Agent Requested Joining The Electronic Reporting Service, Sending Six Electronic Reports Daily Via E-Mail Showing All Movements That Occurred On His Containers The Previous Day, A Charge Of 100US$ Monthly Will Be Charged. For Any Additional Electronic Report Requested A 1US$ Charge Will Be Charged. In Case The Shipping Agent / Shipping Line Requested A Printed Report A Charge Of 15 US$ Will Be Charged For This Report.

  1.  Any Special Operations Requested By Shipping Lines/Agents And Not Covered By Items Mentioned In This Tariff Should Be Requested In Advance By Shipping Lines/Agents And Agreed Upon Before Operation.
  2.  ACCHCO Board Of Directors, According To Company's Operating Circumstances, Have The Right To Sign Special Agreements With Shipping Lines Dealing In Foreign Trade And Transshipment Activities.
  3.  Upon A Request From Shipping Lines / Agents, ACCHCO Board Of Directors Have The Right To Consider Exemption Or Reduction Of Fines Applied To Ships Due To Delay During Work Or Delay In Leaving The Quay As Per Items (8 And 9) Of General Conditions And Terms After Considering The Reasons For Such Delay.
  4.  ACCHCO Board Of Directors Have The Right To Sign Special Contracts With Shipping Lines To Allocate Certain Stacking Area For Their Empty Containers Depending On Their

  1.  The Board Of Directors Of Alex Company Dealing With Egyptian Importers / Exporters Has The Right To Decide Whether The Payments Will Be In US Dollars, Or Egyptian Currency As Per Rate Of Exchange To US Dollars On The Day Of Providing The Service According To The Needs Of The Company From The Free Currency.
  2. Shipping Lines Will Be Granted The Following Gradual Discount According To The Number Of Foreign Trade Containers Achieved Per Annum.

And Calculation Will Be Based On The Sum Of The Handled Containers At Both Alexandria And EL-Dekheilla Terminals.

 

  1.  Payments Collected For Account Of Other Competent Authorities Will Be Added To The Nominated Items In This Tariff, And Also Added Value Tax Except For Egyptian Origin Exports.
  2. The Egyptian Flag Vessels Will Be Granted A 10% Discount Of The Charges In Item No. (3) Paragraph (C) Of This Tariff.
  3. Upon ACCHCO Approval For Storing OOG Containers At The Company’s Yards, Triple The Value (Three Folds) Of Item (7) Of This Tariff Will Be Applied, But Without Free Storage Period.
  4.  Upon The Company Approval To The Line/Agent Request For Loading / Discharging Any Additional Containers, Which Already Exist In The Terminal, After Hoisting The Quay Crane Boom, A USD 1000,00 (One Thousand) Will Be Charged For Lowering The Crane Boom Beside Applying Item No.(2) Of The General Conditions And Item No.(8) Of The General Conditions And Terms In Case Of Delaying The Vessel Departure, Also Any Shifts On The Ship Caused By Loading / Discharging These Containers Will Be Charged.
  5.  Loading Transit Container Which Is Received By Road Transport (Full/Empty) Will Be Charged According To Item No. (2) Of This Tariff.
  6.  Handling the incoming indirect transit container fees with the tariff of Import containers according to item (1, 7) of the tariff of the company whether it is:

1. Containers  modified from Import to Indirect Transit.

2. The containers that are discharged as transit and have been listed on the import manifest as an indirect transit since it was discharged and stored in the station's yards.

  1. An amount of (30) $ is collected for 20-feet container, (60) $ for 40-feet containers upon inspection and releasing containers, in addition to the value added tax and the martyrs tax for all imported and released containers through the logistic center of the one window in order to provide the following services:

             1. Transfer containers from its yard to the inspection place according to the required containers from the NAFEZA system.

             2. Disinfection of the released containers.

            3. Entering customer's truck for releasing containers.

  •    In addition to the expenses of using auxiliary equipment depending on the customer's request for container inspection. 
  •    An amount of (10) $ is collected for 20-feet container, (20) $ for 40-feet containers upon (Shift / Lift On / Lift Off) at empty yard direct from Egyptian client , the payment will be collected in Egyptian pound .

     27. An amount of (300) EGP is collected for containers releasing that is mentioned in clause no. (26) of the general conditions for the tariff in addition to the value added tax and the martyrs tax for the customer's trucks, cranes and auxiliary equipment entry.

  •     An amount of (1000) EGP is collected for entering the cars of catering and distinction vessels in addition to the value added tax and the martyrs tax.

     28. In case of berthing vessels that carrying a general cargo, a pre-agreement with the vessel shipping agency is required according to the type of the vessel and cargo that will be unloaded and loaded by using the attached tarrif for loading and

         unloading the general cargo. 

    29.  In Case A Container Or Part Of Its Contents Is Detained In Custody Due To Customs Demand In Alexandria Or EL Dekhiella Terminal, A Sum Of (10000)EGP For 20ft Container, And A Sum Of (20000)EGP For 40ft Container Will Be Collected And     Detained Until The Release Of The Container.

    30. The Minimum Charge For The Operation (Discharging / Loading) Of Any Vessel On The Terminal's Quay Is (2500) US $.

    31. In Case Of Containers' Leaking , The Customer Shall Be Notified And The Decontamination Costs Shall Be Charged By The Concerned Person When Exchanging The Container.

   32.  The Charges Mentioned In This Tariff Could Be Modified Subject To The ACCHCO Economical Situation And Price Changes In The Market.
